When you choose that hybrid powertrain, you will get few changes from interior material and color options. Start off with on the le is a cloth seat, for the XLE will get you soft text faux leather. Our favorite aspects of about the interior design is on the platinum. That’s because you do have a unique and very nice-looking quilted design. Now just like the gas-powered model materials definitely take a big upgrade for this 2020 model year. As far as your upper dash the only part that’s hard is this area above the gauges? However, all the rest of it This is all a nice soft touch plastic with a color contrast stitching detail.
Now standard on every 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid is push button start. You’ll probably notice that right off the bat Since this is a hybrid you can start up in easy mode. So, you won’t even hear the engine fire up. This car also has a Continuously variable transmission as to the 8-speed automatic transmission. So that does give you a little bit of that different sensation as we accelerate. But it seems to me like Toyota definitely brings it back down as soon as you kind of get up to speed there’s no simulation or anything.
